My primary role at Cutco was to take full control of Cutco’s Instagram and Pinterest accounts and implement strategic plans to increase engagement and traffic to Cutco.com. This was achieved by doing research about trends on social media, understanding our target market, and continuously engaging with our customers.
Cutco Tournament of Champions
During the times of March Madness, there is a lot of competition is in the air. I decided it would be beneficial if Cutco had a little fun of their own and match our knives up against each other. For the month of March, every 3 days we would hold a new matchup through Facebook where we let our fans vote on which knife moved on. By creating a poll, we were able to set a time limit of 2 days for them to vote and comment on why they picked the knife they did.
